Our Story
Rooted in Communities, Driven by Change
Born out of a deep commitment to social change, Ulgulan Consulting was founded by alumni of TISS and NIT with a vision to deliver high-impact solutions for India’s most underserved regions. Since inception, we’ve worked alongside foundations, corporates, governments, and philanthropists—turning ideas into action across rural India.
We are on a mission to bridge the gap between strategy and action in the development sector. With over 13 years of grassroots expertise and a presence across 23 districts in Odisha, we help organizations design and deliver solutions that create lasting impact. Our work is rooted in human-centered design, data-driven insights, and strong community networks to ensure every initiative reaches the last mile.
